1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the SafarSahal mobile application or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

SafarSahal is a travel concierge platform that connects users with flights, hotels, local guides, eVisa assistance, car transfers, and travel activities. We act as an intermediary between users and third-party travel service providers.

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information
• One person may not maintain more than one account
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms

4. Payments and Refunds

Payments for guide bookings are processed securely through Stripe. By making a payment you authorize us to charge the amount displayed at checkout. Guide booking fees are non-refundable once a guide has been assigned and confirmed, unless the guide cancels or SafarSahal is unable to fulfill the booking.

For third-party bookings such as flights and hotels made through our partner platforms, refund and cancellation policies are governed by those third-party providers.

5. Third-Party Services

SafarSahal links to third-party travel platforms for flights, hotels, activities, and transfers. We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, pricing, or policies of those external services. Your use of third-party platforms is subject to their own terms and conditions.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to bypass security measures or rate limits
• Submit false or misleading information
• Abuse the payment or booking system
• Reverse engineer or copy any part of the app

7. Limitation of Liability

SafarSahal is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or third-party services accessed through it. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to SafarSahal in the 12 months prior to the claim.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, trademarks, and designs in the SafarSahal app and website are the property of SafarSahal. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the app. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
